We work with talent but, mainly, we work for talent and everything we do is bespoke. It is usually best if we have at least the occasional direct contact with the talent themselves, as it helps us devise and adapt the digital strategy.
However, if the talent insists that we only go through their management, that’s not an issue for us. With one caveat: to be efficient and effective, we in turn insist on dealing directly with people who speak for the talent, who are able to decide on their behalf. We’re not going to waste time talking to Robin when Batman’s making the decisions.
