Our team is based in Oxford. Most of our major UK clients are in London. We all enjoy a trip to the Big Smoke. Sometimes our clients like to visit our offices because it gives them the chance to leave London, gain a fresh perspective, and breathe fresh Cotswolds air.
Oxford is just an hour’s train ride away from Marylebone – easy and comfortable. It’s got excellent connections to most other large UK cities, too. Equally, In the last few years, the world has learnt just how much can get done on a quick video call, connecting us all quickly and efficiently, wherever we may be. We’ve been working with our international clients for the best part of a decade. It works.
We work with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. Every social platform except LinkedIn. Life is too short for LinkedIn.
Our web team builds their websites in WordPress. Mailchimp powers our email marketing. Ultimately though, we’re less focused on which technology we work with and more interested in the impact we can have with it.
Mass Impressions is rooted in the heart of London’s thriving entertainment industry. Most of our major UK clients are in London. We work with globally renowned personalities, rising stars, talent agencies, production companies and broadcasters. Whilst most of our time is invested in supporting prominent personalities with significant international audiences, we’ve found that expertise naturally lends itself to businesses as they connect with local, national and international markets. We don’t take on much b2b work, but we look to have at least a couple of these projects on the go at any one time. As long as you don’t ask us to work with Linkedin – life is too short!
‘I don’t know’ is often where the most fruitful conversations start. We often find a few good questions, and everyone, you’ll find your way again pretty quickly. In 2009, Jack Whitehall had already won several comedy awards and firmly established himself as a rising star. He turned to a fledgling team in Oxford to help manage his social media. Keeping our head office in Oxford was a conscious choice. Oxford proudly gives us access to great talent and skills, a cosmopolitan community, and new ideas. But when we need a brief respite from the fast-paced, digital world, we’ve got the beautiful countryside on our doorstep.

We don’t take on much local work, but we’re proud to call Oxford home and look to have at least one or two local projects on the go at any one time. Yes. Whilst our office hours are Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm, we know the digital world never sleeps. We are well-versed in working with clients in the US, Europe and Asia. The majority of our clients have TV shows going out in the evenings. We value a work-life balance and know we can’t give you our best unless we look after ourselves too, so, if needed, the team tends to share the load after 6pm (GMT). Social media posts can be scheduled in advance. Often a person after hours is essential, though. We can look at a tailored social media management approach to how we manage your social around the clock if it is critical to you.
Yes – almost always. We tend to advise clients against big web projects. They are invariably slow, cumbersome and don’t achieve what they set out to do. Our approach is radically different and much more successful. Talking tech, our web team specialise in WordPress Development, WordPress CMS, Avada Customisation, Shopify, Microsites, landing pages, and conversion rate optimisation. More importantly, all our websites look beautiful, are easy to use, can be updated in-house, and deliver results.
Of course. We’ve been working this way with our international clients for a decade. It’s often the quickest and easiest way to connect. Location no longer limits with of us. Virtual working wasn’t a new thing for us. It underpins our fast, faff-free delivery. Once we’re working together, it’s even quicker. Most of our clients are extremely busy and on the move; they usually stay in touch via WhatsApp.
