Do you operate only in Oxford?

Whilst we are based in Oxfordshire, we are in easy reach of London and can operate across the country (in person services will have travel expenses added additionally if outside of Oxford) as well as globally due to the digital nature of our work.

I’m not comfortable with going to the office, can we work together via Zoom or other digital platforms?

Of course, we are flexible and happy to meet your needs whether you prefer a coffee in person in Oxford or London, or a Zoom call.

I have a project that I need help with, but it’s taking place outside of your office hours. Can you help?

Certainly. Whilst our typical office hours are Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, should you require work outside of these times this can be arranged due to our tailored approach to web design and social media management.

I have no idea what I need, can you advise me?

We’d love to! Send us a message and our team of web design experts and social media experts will get back to you and assess what you need and create a plan with you to elevate your digital presence.

The packages you offer are outside of my budget, are these negotiable?

We know that not all businesses have the same budget, and strive to make our services accessible to local and small businesses. If you let us know your budget we can look at making something work. Our packages give you a guide of what you can get for price brackets, but we also create hand-picked plans specifically for your goals.

I don’t need all of the services mentioned in your packages, can these be adapted?

We pride ourselves on offering flexible web design and social media services and can create bespoke plans for you based on your needs.

What web design services do you specialise in?

We specialise in WordPress Development, Avada Customisation, WordPress CMS, Microsites, landing pages, and website hosting.

Are you currently taking on new clients?

We are currently open to new web design and social media clients! Send us a message, we’d love to get to know you and help your business grow.

What areas of social media do you specialise in?

We cover; content creation, community management, monetisation, verification on platforms, and copywriting.

I need support with offline events too, can you help?

Some services we offer to supplement your digital growth are; tour support, content creation, videography and photography. If there is something specific you have in mind do let us know.

How long have you been running?

Mass Impressions was founded in Oxfordshire in 2009 and we haven’t looked back since!
