Podcasters

A great podcast isn’t just about new listeners—it’s about keeping the right audience engaged, making sure past episodes stay relevant, and turning casual listeners into loyal fans. Without the right approach, even the best content gets lost.

Big names. Bigger results

Selling out shows, growing an audience, and leading major projects all come with challenges beyond the stage. Fans expect updates, engagement, and clear ways to stay connected. The noise of social media can make it harder to cut through, and time spent managing everything online is time lost elsewhere.

The best comedians focus on their craft, not their inbox. Management teams juggle enough without handling daily digital tasks. Keeping fans engaged, ensuring the right people know what’s next, and making sure everything online is doing its job—all of that needs handling without distraction.

What you get

Getting the right audience in the right place at the right time isn’t automatic. Here’s what makes the difference:

  • Fans Who Show Up: Social isn’t just about being visible—it’s about action. Whether it’s ticket sales, a streaming release, or audience growth, a structured approach ensures fans turn up when it counts.
  • Less Digital Admin, More Focus: No more frantic calls about missing posts or last-minute tour updates. A dedicated system means fewer distractions and more space to work on what matters.
  • Momentum That Matches the Career: Whether it’s a global tour, a Netflix special, or a major release, all digital touchpoints should push in the same direction at the right moments.
  • Keeping It Real: No heavy sell, no corporate polish—just an approach that ensures everything feels authentic while reaching the right people effectively.

An audience that sticks around, a strategy that builds on what’s already working, and a system that runs smoothly—without becoming another full-time job.

Who this works for

Years spent working with leading podcasts means understanding what it takes to maintain and grow a successful show.

This approach works best for podcasters who:

  • Already have a growing audience – The show has traction, but more could be done to keep listeners engaged.
  • Have a strong back catalogue – Older episodes still hold value and should be resurfaced to work as hard as new releases.
  • Want long-term listener growth – A focus on sustained engagement, not just spikes from new episodes.
  • Need structure, not extra work – Keeping the right audience engaged should be seamless, not another task to manage.

New podcasts require different support. This is designed for shows that are already established and want to grow more effectively.

Where are you based

Most of our major UK clients are in London. Our clients are often on tour or filming in far-flung locations across different time zones. Keeping our head office in Oxford was a conscious choice – just an hour’s train ride away from Marylebone – easy and comfortable. Oxford proudly gives us access to great talent and skills, a cosmopolitan community, and new ideas. But when we need a brief respite from the fast-paced, digital world, we’ve got the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Most of our clients need to know we’re a WhatsApp message or an email away, wherever they might be.
